Juliet signed her first record deal in 2009 with Umbrella records.
In 2005 Juliet Simms founded the band Automatic Loveletter formerly known as Stars and Scars with her brother Tommy Simms, Daniel Currier, they were some times joined by Sean Noll. The band was based in Tampa.
Juliet Simms signed her second deal with Epic Records in 2005. The first Automatic Love Letter album came was recorded in 2007. The band release it’s first EP Recover.
After being dropped by Epic Records Juliet Simms would be signed again by RCA where she released an album Truth Or Dare in 2010. The album was also release in Japan by Sony Japan.
Finally in 2011 Automatic Lovetter release an indie album, The Kids Will Take Their Monsters On under the label Paper & Plastick.
After being dropped by RCA and going through some rough times Juliet auditioned for The Voice where she was chosen during the blind auditions by three judges, Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine, she ultimately chose to join team Cee Lo. She made it through the battle rounds and ultimately to the finale as the last member standing on the red team.
Juliet Simms finished in second place behind Jermaine Paul on the second season of NBC’s The Voice.
